Collaboration.
Inclusivity.
Co-Responsibility.
The IICD is focused on the upliftment of communities, sustainable economic development, and inclusive well-being by promoting multi-sector co-responsibility and collaboration as a means to achieve real and lasting development.
Developing the skills
necessary for
Collaboration
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Inclusive and sustainable development can only occur when there is true collaboration between all sectors of a community. The IICD provides training, mentorship, and organisational development services aimed at building strong collaborative relationships between communities, businesses, government, and other local entities.
- A diverse range of courses and training options
- Mentorship for NGO's, Local Governments, Community-based organisations
- Development support to community development focused organisations
Sustainable
Development
Goals
The IICD is a supporter of the United Nations Development Programme’s Sustainable Development Goals. The IICD has identified four SDG’s as primary goals, and eight further SDG’s as secondary goals that can be achieved through achieving success through our primary goals.
"Alone we can do so little, Together we can do so much"
